🥗 Indori-Style Cucumber-Paneer Bhel Cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup paneer, cubed
- 1 cup puffed rice
- 1/2 cup sev
- Raw mango & tomato
- Onion & Coriander
- Chutneys & Spices
- Lemon wedges
The Method
- Combine vegetables, paneer, and puffed rice in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with tamarind and green chutneys.
- Season with chaat masala, salt, and pepper.
- Top with crunchy sev and serve immediately.
🐦 Upcycled Plastic Bottle Bird Feeder
Materials Needed
- Plastic Bottle (1-2L)
- Wooden Spoon/Stick
- Craft Knife/Scissors
- Hanging String
- Birdseed Mix
Instructions
- Clean and dry the bottle thoroughly.
- Cut two opposite holes near the base for the perch.
- Cut a small hole just above the perch for seed access.
- Fill with seed, cap it, and hang it up!
