The most common misconception is mistaking imbalance of hormones to be an untreatable disease. It is possible to bring balance to hormonal and get rid of various issues like acne, excessive hair growth, hair loss, growth disorders and obesity. It takes time and one must have patience.
Height and growth issues can be dealt
If your child is not growing as per normal, then their height and growth issues can be handled. However, this is possible only before onset of puberty.

Diabetes can only be Prevented
There are several trending advertisements that claim to cure diabetes. This is not possible. It is not possible to cure diabetes, but we can prevent it. With right medications, it can be managed to make life normal.
Tips to keep harmony of hormones
Exercise regularly
Keep stress at bay with meditation and de-stress activities
Avoid use of plastic utensils especially for children and pregnant women
Maintain healthy weight
Avoid Overeating and Undereating
Consume Healthy Fats
Consume an adequate amount of protein, it is extremely important
Sleep well, it gives time to body to balance everything.
