Though none of us like hardships, but those tough times help us become stronger and better human beings. Finding her way as an independent woman and taking care of her son, she is an inspiring positive lady. Meet the dazzling, 43-year-old shop owner Rani Mishra.

One such beautiful and inspiring woman, who
has proved that she is truly a woman of substance, is Rani.
She triumphed over all the hardships with a smile and raised her son to be an
inspiring businessman and successful cyclist.
Sharing her story, Rani said, “Like every
young girl, I had lots of dreams and the dream that inspired me to work hard
was the dream of becoming an IAS officer.” She excelled in school but her
ambitions came to an end, when she was married to a young man named Umesh
Tiwari.
“I accepted my fate, but still it did not
work out in my favour,” Rani said. She explained that after six months of
marriage, Tiwari had brain fever coupled with some other un-diagnosed diseases.
“Tiwari passed away, leaving me to live like a widow,” she added.
Since Rani was 16 years old, when she got
married, her in laws and parents decided that it is too soon to let her live as
a widow. “My in laws sent me back to my parent’s house, where life was
miserable,” Rani said.
She explained that after being married,
society and parents did not treat her the same way. “The toughest time of my
life was living with my parents as a guest with taunting eyes,” Rani said.
However, as the year passed by, her parents
arranged her marriage with Ravi Mishra. Ravi was working in book printing as a
facilitator and worker.
“He turned out to be a fraud person, who
not only lied to my parents but played with emotions and life,” Rani said.
Elaborating on the lie, she explained that he had misguided them in saying that
his first wife died with cancer.
“Rather, the truth was that she was alive
and had decided to leave him and their one and a half year old son Ankur,” Rani
shared. Overlooking his lie, she accepted Ankur as her own son, and raised him.
“After a year, I gave birth to Aakash and
then, my husband’s true colours came to light,” Rani said. Mishra continued his
old ways and indulged in drugs and stole cars for paying for them.
“He did not care for any of us, but still,
for the sake of my sons, I lived with him for 12 years,” Rani said. Mishra
often abandoned his family and fled for months.
“One day, when he returned and took away
Ankur, I kicked him out and told him to never return under any circumstances,”
Rani said. Reacting on the same, Mishra blackmailed that he would kill her and
Aakash, but she had enough.
Post the break up, Rani stood strong and
decided to be an inspiration to her son. “Though I had been working as a
saleswoman all throughout my married years as well, after the official break
up, I had to do more than just earn,” Rani said. She had to make her mark as a
mother and woman.
“I took risk and started a beauty parlour,
which did not work as well as I had hoped,” Rani said. Then, she started a
general store, which not only pays her bills but boosts her confidence.
Her son Aakash quoted, “My mother is like a
queen and hence, her name is Rani and I am her son, so I am Ranison.” He has
officially changed his surname to Ranison.
