53rd religious leader of Dawoodi Bohra community Syedna Ali Qadar Musafar Maula in Indore, Dewas & Shajapur

53rd religious leader of Dawoodi Bohra community Syedna Ali Qadar Musafar Maula will be in the city on Wednesday. His flight from Mumbai to Indore is set to arrive at 5:30 pm.
Though his stay will be brief in Indore, his followers are excited all set to follow him to his trip to Dewas. For residents of Indore, the community has also organised a brief address.
Sharing the details, community spokesperson Burahuddin Shakurwala said, “Since Syedna already has a plan to leave for Dewas, we cannot hold him for a long time, but witnessing his presence is a privilege for all of us.”
Mullah of Ajuman-e-Saifee Jammat Yusuf Mandsaurwala said, “Syedna is coming for inaugurating a mosque in Dewas, which has given the chance to meet him again.” He added the all the Jaamats (local communities) of the city will be there to welcome Syedna in Indore.
“Syedna will inaugurate the mosque and hold an address for all of us on Thursday,” another Jamaat representative Mufaddal Johar said. He added that Syedna is likely to head to Shajapur on Friday.
Preparing for his brief address, the community members have prepared a stage at Super Corridor. “We want to see him, hear his words and have his presence, so in Indore, we have a stage and small set-up that will be on his way,” Shakurwala said.
Syedna will also address the gathering of his followers from the stage. “It is our blessing that Syedna is visiting our city and we can hope to see him this year,” community member Mazhar Sethjiwala said.
Over 4,000 from Indore to proceed to Dewas on Friday
Over 4,000 Dawoodi Bohra community members from Indore will be driving to Dewas on Thursday, for attending the address by their religious leader. People have applied for holidays and will be closing off most of the Bohra market for the visit.
“It is a chance of a lifetime to be able to witness the presence of Syedna, closing the market and driving off to Dewas is very little to ask for,” shop-owner Amil Sheikh Abbas Rampurawala said. He added that visit of Syedna is a moment to rejoice for community members.
