Over 7 million years old animal fossil, plant fossil, 100-year-old Zenabox camera, and many more ancient artifacts will be a part of Indore’s legacy
Over 7 million years old animal fossil, plant fossil, 100-year-old Zenabox camera, and many more ancient artifacts will be a part of Indore’s legacy, as discovered in the campus of The Emerald Heights International School.
Two such museums, one displaying a collection of dinosaurs’ fossils and the other showcasing rare artifacts of Mahatma Gandhi, will be inaugurated at the school campus on October 2 at 6 pm.
Princess Aaliya of Balasinor and Vishal Verma, who has selflessly made immense contribution towards the protection of Dinosaur fossils in Dhar region, will be inaugurating the two museums.
The discovery of fossils and collection was disclosed in a press conference chaired by school president Muktesh Singh and principal Siddharth Singh.
“Both these museums are being inaugurated on Gandhi Jayanti and the 1500, birth year of the Mahatma,” they said. The school has chosen to start Round Square International Conference hosting 1,000 students from all over the world from the same day.
“Since the day of inauguration will coincide, international delegates will get an opportunity to see these rare things,” Singh said. He added that the intention of the school is to bring awareness in the world fraternity about geographical Importance of school campus and Indore area.
“Educating students about Gandhi’s contribution to the country and his memories is our prime duty as Indians,” Singh said.
