Zila panchayat ordered to provide TC

After the complaint regarding MP Kids School running without disaffiliation was raised, as per directions, CEO of Zila Panchayat Neha Meena ordered the school to be shut down immediately and transfer certificates to be issued to all the students latest by Thursday.
The complaint was raised by RTI activist Sanjay Mishra, who had initially also launched the complaint about school running various centres without requisite permissions.
The order was issued considering the future of children studying in the school that lacks recognition. Taking care that this does not affect the future of students, the officers directed must ensure transfer certificate and facilitate admission to other recognised schools.
“The school was found running temporary schools in many areas other than the main premises, which had resulted in the disaffiliation of the school,” Mishra said, citing the order.
Further, this year, the society running MP Public School (MPPS) including MP Kids School was found to be running five schools with one affiliation in different areas, and even secured two affiliation certificates for the same school with different addresses.
When investigated, the department had found society guilty of running running five schools in Kalani Nagar, Shishak Nagar, Sukhdev Nagar, Somani Nagar and Ashok Nagar.
Further, Manish Verma, Joint Director (JD), education department had ordered disaffiliation, which was confirmed with all the requisite procedure. However, when yet again, the branch of MPPS run as MP Kids School, was found running and risking students’ future, the action was directed by DEO following the orders from JD.
