Satya Sai, DPS and GD Goenka win best presentations award at Senior Bal Vigyan

Dr BK Passi Memorial Senior Bal Vigyan 2019 Project presentation program for Biology was organised by Indore Sahodaya Schools complex to discover various innovative ideas of students on the theme ‘Smart City Indore’. The event was hosted by Vidyasagar School.
About 20 teams from different CBSE affiliated schools participated in event and gave various presentations. Chief guest of the event was R Kalsi, retired principal of Guru Harkrishan Public School and an essential part Sahodaya group.
In her address, Kalsi said, “Students must learn by trying and innovating today to be ready for the future, it is nice to see research based projects relevant in today's time.”
Host school principal Dr Dinesh C Sharma said, “A student’s mind is much more sharper in terms of innovation, because they do not fear being wrong, we must try to keep them fearless.”
There were total 20 teams from different CBSE Schools of Indore were registered for project presentation. Different topics were taken up by the students related to this year's theme i.e. "Smart City Indore".
Dr Sunita Kataria, principal investigator in DST Women Scientist Scheme-A; Dr Ruchi Sachdeva, quality manager at pathology lab; and Dr Seema Kelotra assistant professor of biological science at a private university, as jury members analysed the presentation on various points and graded the students on different parameters.
All the three jury members applauded the students for their noble ideas which would help the world to become a much better place to live in.
