CTET paper not leaked, clarifies CBSE, warns of misleading reports

Director of CTET (Central Teacher’s Eligibility Test) conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) issued a clarification and warned teachers not be mislead by some news reports stating that the question paper of CTET exam December 2019 was leaked from Kanpur city.
“It has also been claimed in these news that the alleged question paper was leaked one and a half hour before the commencement of exam and went viral on WhatsApp,” the notice explained.
It added that these reports also claim that the leaked question paper is exactly like the actual question paper and that STF (special task force) has collected evidence and arrested some persons.
In this regard, the representative of CBSE met superintendent of police (STF) and it has been confirmed that there is no report regarding question paper leak.
“Thus, claims made by some individuals / groups regarding leak of question paper are misleading, baseless and undesirable. Therefore, it is brought to the notice of general public / candidates not to believe such misleading / false news,” CTET director stated.
CTET results announced
The CTET Result 2019 has been announced in a record time of 19 days this time, making it easier for the candidates to decide their next move timely. Candidates who appeared for the CTET December 2019 exam can either check their result by visiting the official website. Candidates need to enter your Roll Number to know scores of the CTET Paper 1 or Paper 2. These marks will decide your eligibility to apply for teaching jobs across India. Candidates who have qualified the CTET exam will soon receive their CTET Eligibility Certificate and Mark-sheet.
