Strengthening immunity via live stream guidance: Yoga Prana Vidya

Following an overwhelming response from people, Yoga Prana Vidya organised two special online sessions for people. The first session was organised on Saturday evening.

In the special session, founder of YPV N Jayachander Reddy headed the live stream.

Senior healer of YPV Vishakha Karnani shared that YPV is based on the ancient teachings of healing the energy body with the help of spiritual or yogic techniques.

“YPV technique of energy healing provides therapy for mental, emotional, physical ailments and psycho-somatic issues. The technique involves healing of energy body of a person by extracting dirty prana/energy and replacing it with fresh prana,” she said.

For beating COVID-19 infections, YPV organised the special session which helps people in boosting their immunity. The live stream was available will also be conducted on Sunday evening from 7:15 on facebook.
