Madhya Pradesh: Dr Davish Jain from Prestige Institute nominated as National Sr VP to CEGR

Indore: Dr. Davish Jain, Chairman, Prestige Education Foundation and Chancellor of the upcoming Prestige University have been nominated as the National Senior Vice President of the Centre for Education Growth and Research, New Delhi.

The CEGR is an apex educational think-tank of the country providing a platform for exchange of dialogue among educationists, the media and policy makers. The organization plays a key role in augmenting educational growth and research in the country.

Dr Jain is the only academician from Indore and Madhya Pradesh who has been nominated as National Senior Vice President of the National Core Committee of the CEGR.

Expressing happiness over his nomination, Dr Jain said that he felt honoured and humbled for

being nominated to this apex academic body.

"I look forward to work with the stalwarts of academic ecosystem under the guidance of the experienced mentors to further strengthen CEGR", said Dr Jain adding that being the National Senior Vice President of this organization, he would urge the mentors, academicians associated with its Core Committee to provide directions to the policy makers to make education more relevant, review the present assessment system and remove flaws in the present academic curriculum. Besides, he also underlined the need of making hybrid learning more structured without taking away the benefits of classroom teachings.
