Two leopards have been seen roaming again in the Ralamandal Sanctuary, for which the Forest Department has stopped the entry of tourists in the sanctuary in the evening hours.

Along with this, at the time of entry at the gate of Ralamandal Sanctuary, tourists are warned by the forest workers. Visitors are instructed not go inside the sanctuary alone. They are suggested make a team.

Along with this, at many places of the sanctuary, the employees of the forest department keep alerting the people. Forest officials and workers are stationed at two and a half kilometres for warning and protecting visitors.

It is noteworthy that leopards are already there in the sanctuary, but they live behind the hills. Now two leopards have been seen since three-four days. Therefore, special vigilance is being taken.

The leopard comes out only in the dark of night, which is taken seriously and the sanctuary is completely emptied before it gets dark.

500 tourists arrived in 2 days to enjoy the pleasant weather.

Ralamandal Sanctuary is surrounded by greenery all around. The weather here has become more pleasant following much-awaited rains.

To enjoy the weather and fresh air, more 500 tourists visited Ralamandal in the last 2 days. A large number of tourists are expected during the weekend.

Hence, special security arrangements were made starting Saturday morning. SDO (sub divisional officer) instructed the staff that entry should be given only after screening everyone. It is also mandatory for everyone to wear a mask. Those without masks should not be allowed entry.
