Ingredients
• Mini taco shells OR papad cones
• ½ cup boiled chickpeas (chana)
• ¼ cup chopped mango or apple (optional: pomegranate)
• ¼ cup chopped tomato
• ¼ cup cucumber, finely diced
• 1 tbsp onion (optional)
• Lemon juice
• Chaat masala / salt / pepper
• Yogurt + mint chutney or tamarind sauce
• Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Mix chickpeas, fruits, and veggies in a bowl.
2. Add a dash of chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice.
3. Spoon into small taco shells or crispy cones.
4. Top with a swirl of yogurt and a drizzle of chutney.
